The 2027 ASPHO Conference, organized by the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology (ASPHO), will take place 11–14 May 2027 in Montréal, Québec, Canada.

The fully in-person meeting will bring together professionals involved in pediatric hematology and oncology for scientific education, clinical updates, interactive learning, and professional exchange. Educational and scientific workshops will focus on problem-solving discussions, debates, case-based learning, molecular targets and disease mechanisms, clinical trial updates, registries, translational science, and professional development.

Priority topics include sickle cell disease, palliative care, CNS tumors, novel therapies and early-phase trials, bleeding disorders, vascular anomalies, bone marrow failure, cytopenias, mental health, artificial intelligence and informatics in pediatric hematology/oncology, and rare tumors and sarcomas. Workshops are typically 60–75 minutes and are expected to include interactive elements and early-career involvement.

The 2027 Call for Workshops is now closed, with applicants scheduled to receive selection decisions by 15 October 2026.
