The 2027 ASCO GI Cancers Symposium, organized by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), will take place on 21–23 January 2027 at Moscone West in San Francisco, California.

Held under the theme “Navigating the Path from Innovation to Implementation,” the symposium will present multidisciplinary advances in gastrointestinal cancer research and care, covering cancers of the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, small bowel, hepatobiliary tract, colon, rectum, and anus.

International experts will discuss emerging treatments, research findings, clinical innovations, and strategies for translating scientific progress into everyday practice. Attendees seeking continuing education credit or Maintenance of Certification points must submit their claims through the ASCO Meetings platform by 26 April 2027.
