The 3rd AICRIstart Symposium is a two-day, in-person event dedicated to developing the next generation of cancer researchers within the All-Island Cancer Research Institute (AICRI) collaborative framework. Scheduled for November 26th and 27th, 2025, the symposium will be held at the Conway Lecture Theatre, Conway Institute, UCD (University College Dublin).

The event’s educational focus is on showcasing cancer research and collaboration across the island of Ireland, featuring presentations from AICRIstart PhD students and postdoctoral fellows on topics including immunotherapy, biomarker discovery, and next-generation diagnostics.

A key highlight will be the Keynote Address delivered by Prof. John Crown, alongside a Panel on Career Pathways featuring experts from diverse sectors such as hospitals, industry (Roche Ireland, Tangram Therapeutics), advocacy (Irish Cancer Society), and academia.
