The 17th AFSOS National Congress of Supportive Oncology Care (Congrès National des Soins Oncologiques de Support), organized by the Association Francophone des Soins Oncologiques de Support (AFSOS), will take place on 15–16 October 2026 at Lille Grand Palais in Lille, France, following the 16th JR-SOS on 14 October.

The multidisciplinary meeting is designed for healthcare professionals involved in oncology and supportive cancer care and will focus on how rapidly evolving cancer treatments are reshaping supportive-care practice.

A major scientific theme for 2026 is antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs), with three plenary sessions addressing their real-world value, gastrointestinal, pulmonary, ocular and cutaneous toxicities, and potential long-term effects.

The programme will also feature plenary lectures, parallel sessions, posters and industry exchanges covering artificial intelligence and digital tools, disability and cancer care, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, financial toxicity, nutrition, prehabilitation, palliative care, photobiomodulation, and adolescent and young adult oncology. Updated AFSOS recommendations on fertility, mucositis and radiation-induced gynecologic adverse effects will also be presented.
