The AACR Annual Meeting 2027, organized by the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), will take place on 2–7 April 2027 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Under the theme “Delivering Discovery Science: The Bridge to Breakthrough Therapeutics,” the meeting will bring together scientists, clinicians, healthcare professionals, survivors, patients, and advocates from around the world to present and discuss advances across the cancer research continuum.

The scientific programme will span population science and cancer prevention, cancer biology, translational and clinical research, survivorship, and advocacy, alongside abstract presentations and opportunities for scientific exchange and collaboration.

The 2027 Program Committee is chaired by Sheila A. Stewart and Kurt Schalper. Regular abstract submission is expected to open in late September 2026, with a deadline of 10 November 2026; the early registration deadline is 7 December 2026, and late-breaking and clinical trial abstracts are due 6 January 2027.
