The AACR Special Conference in Cancer Research: Targeting RAS—Mechanisms, Novel Therapeutics, and Clinical Impact will take place on January 28–31, 2027, at The Westin San Diego Bayview in San Diego, California, United States.

Organized by the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), the meeting will bring together cancer researchers, clinicians and industry experts to discuss advances in RAS-targeted cancer therapies.

The conference will explore RAS signaling mechanisms, novel inhibitors, emerging therapeutic vulnerabilities and mechanisms of treatment resistance. Discussions will highlight preclinical and clinical advances in pancreatic, lung and colorectal cancers, as well as melanoma and hematologic malignancies.

The scientific programme will feature keynote lectures, plenary sessions, clinical trial presentations and poster discussions, examining how discoveries in cancer biology can be translated into more effective treatment strategies for patients with RAS-driven cancers.
