The 2026 Accelerating Anticancer Agent Development and Validation (AAADV) Workshop will take place on November 5–6, 2026, at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Maryland, with both in-person and virtual participation.

The two-day program will bring together leaders from academia, regulatory agencies, industry, biostatistics, and patient advocacy to discuss major issues in modern oncology drug development and regulation.

Topics include benefit-risk assessment in regulatory decision-making, multi-regional clinical trials, dose optimization for novel therapeutics, immune-oncology toxicity, cancer drug development in China, development of therapies within established drug classes, and lessons from unsuccessful regulatory submissions.
