Maryam Lustberg: Trametinib with or without Uprosertib in Metastatic TNBC

Maryam Lustberg, The Director of the Center for Breast Cancer at Smilow Cancer Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Highlighting important work from my colleagues and past mentors and remembering Bhuvana Ramaswamy.

In patients with mTNBC, Trametinib monotherapy demonstrated limited efficacy and addition of Uprosertib was associated with numerically greater objective responses but no difference in PFS. Translational analyses suggest ctDNA clearance as a potential early biomarker of response.”
