Richard Paxman is the Chief Executive Officer of Paxman AB, a global medical technology company focused on scalp cooling systems that help reduce chemotherapy-induced hair loss. Having been with the company since 2009, he has held multiple senior leadership roles and has been central to Paxman’s transformation from a specialist UK-based business into the world’s leading provider of scalp cooling technology. Under his leadership, Paxman AB has achieved significant international expansion, secured major regulatory approvals, strengthened its clinical evidence base, and scaled adoption across hospitals and cancer centers worldwide, substantially increasing patient access to supportive cancer care.

Beyond his role at Paxman AB, Paxman serves as a director of Brewfitt Ltd and Paxman Coolers Ltd and has played an active role in regional and national innovation initiatives.
