Nataliya Kovalchuk, Clinical Professor at Stanford School of Medicine and President of Help Ukraine Group (HUG), shared on LinkedIn:
“Training for Ukraine Has Started in Stockholm.
Help Ukraine Group (HUG) is grateful to RaySearch Laboratories for organizing the training for 9 Ukrainian radiation oncology professionals in Stockholm on November 2–3, 2026! Following the training, they will participate in the RaySearch European User Meeting on November 4-6, gaining valuable knowledge and connecting with international experts.
An Extraordinary Partnership Supporting Ukraine!
After the full-scale Russian invasion, RaySearch reached out to Help Ukraine Group on how to help. Since then RaySearch Laboratories responded with an incredible donation of 27 RayStation treatment planning systems to 11 hospitals and 2 universities across Ukraine.
And their generosity continues, not only providing technology but also investing in training Ukrainian professionals! In 2025, they trained 10 Ukrainian medical physicists in Stockholm.
In 2026, the Ukrainian Delegation consists of medical physicists and radiation oncologists:
