Matthew Reed is Chief Executive of Marie Curie, the United Kingdom’s leading end‑of‑life charity providing hospice care, community nursing, support services and information to people living with terminal illnesses and their families. He has led the organisation since February 2019, bringing more than 20 years of executive and board‑level experience across health and social care, medical research, education, international development and humanitarian relief. Before joining Marie Curie, he served as Chief Executive of The Children’s Society, Chief Executive of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and held senior roles at Christian Aid.
