Arnaud Lallouette is Executive Vice President, Global Medical & Patient Affairs at Servier, where he leads global medical strategy, patient engagement, and access initiatives, including in oncology. Over a 25-year career at Servier, he has held senior leadership roles in Medical Affairs and General Management across Europe, the UK, Australia, and North America, shaping a global perspective on healthcare systems and patient needs. Dr. Lallouette has developed a global perspective on healthcare systems and patient needs, shaping his long-standing commitment to equitable access to care, particularly in underserved settings. In recent years, he has played a central role in advancing Servier’s Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda, aligning scientific innovation with sustainable patient impact.

Through the ACT4Children program, a multi-stakeholder global initiative designed to address inequities in childhood cancer care in low- and middle-income countries, Dr. Lallouette has emerged as a significant figure in translating pharmaceutical innovation into system-level impact for children with cancer worldwide.  ACT for Children expands access to innovative cancer medicines previously unavailable due to regulatory and cost barriers, while supporting the full continuum of care – from early diagnosis and adapted treatment protocols to nutrition, psychosocial support, workforce training, and quality improvement.
