Adam Garone is Chief Executive Officer of Starlight Children’s Foundation, where he leads a global children’s health charity focused on improving the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families. Starlight works in close partnership with pediatric hospitals to deliver in-hospital and at-home programs that reduce anxiety, improve emotional wellbeing, and support treatment adherence—including for children undergoing cancer care. Garone is also the co-founder of the Movember Foundation, which he helped build into a globally influential charity addressing prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health. Movember disrupted traditional philanthropy by creating a cultural movement and reshaped cancer research funding by requiring international collaboration across institutions. Movember stands as one of the most impactful health charities of this century.
