Ventsislav Dobrev: Excited to Lead Digital Biomarker Integration of Clinical Trials at Roche
Ventsislav Dobrev, Global Clinical Integration Lead of Digital Biomarkers at Roche, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Excited to share that I’ve started a new chapter today – as Global Clinical Integration Lead of Digital Biomarkers at Roche.
This feels a bit like coming home – back to clinical development, where my career started more than 20 years ago.
Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working across different domains, and this new role now brings together several areas I’m truly passionate about:
- Digital innovation with a focus on digital biomarkers
- Clinical development
- Diseases with a huge unmet patient need, such as neurodegenerative (Parkinson, Alzheimer, Huntington), cardio-metabolic and oncology.
In this role, I’ll be working at the interface of digital health and clinical research, integrating digital biomarkers and mobile sensors into drug development.
Our mission is clear and brings a lot of excitement – making clinical trials cheaper, faster, with a better experience for patients while increasing the likelihood of clinical trial success!
Thrilled to collaborate with the amazing teams at Roche to push the boundaries of how we develop medicines and engage patients better in clinical research through digital innovation.”
