Orges Spahiu: I have successfully defended my PhD at the University of Turin
Orges Spahiu, Head of Radiation Oncology Department at Mother Teresa University Hospital Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Officially a PhD from University of Turin – Dedicated to Cancer Patients.
I am honored to share that I have successfully defended my PhD at the University of Turin, with an excellence Department in Oncology. This achievement is not just a personal milestone, but a reaffirmation of my lifelong commitment to serving cancer patients with professionalism, integrity, compassion, and humanism.
This research is dedicated to those who face cancer with courage and resilience, inspiring us to push the boundaries of medicine.
I‘m glad for the opportunity to be guided by Prof. Maria Grazia Piancino and Prof. Umberto Ricardi, whose mentorship has been invaluable throughout this journey.
My heartfelt appreciation also goes to the esteemed team of collaborators in this research, as well as my family – especially Silva and Sofi – whose unwavering support has been my foundation.
This is not just the completion of a chapter but the beginning of a renewed mission: to advance cancer treatment, enhance patient outcomes, and uphold the highest ethical and humanistic standards in medicine.”
