“Ona Therapeutics is now a clinical-stage company!
We’ve reached an exciting milestone as our lead first-in-class ADC, ONA-255, continues to advance through Phase 1a, with more than half of the planned patients already enrolled.
As we enter this next phase, we’re pleased to welcome Aleix Prat, as Chief Medical Officer. Aleix is a globally recognized oncologist who brings deep expertise in oncology, biomarkers and drug development and has been closely involved with Ona for several years, including helping identify and validate the target behind ONA-255.
We would also like to extend a big thank you to Jutta Amersdorffer, whose leadership has helped guide the company to this point. She now transitions to Chief Development Officer and will continue to lead development execution.
ONA-255 is only one part of our expanding ADC pipeline. ONA-389 is advancing through IND-enabling studies for colorectal cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma and is expected to enter the clinic in the second half of 2027, while ONA-418 brings our dual-linker, dual-payload technology to further expand the potential of our ADC pipeline.
Through our expanding ADC pipeline, we’re advancing new approaches to address treatment-resistant cancers and broaden treatment options for patients.
