Kristian Jensen, Senior Global Medical Director at GSK, shared on LinkedIn:
“Today is my last day at Novartis.
I came for the pipeline but stayed for the people.
As I look back on this chapter, what stands out most are the people. I have had the privilege of working alongside incredibly talented colleagues across functions, countries, and backgrounds, and I am grateful for the relationships that were built along the way.
One of the things I will bear with me is the learning that comes from working with exceptional teams. The conversations, challenges, diverse perspectives, and shared commitment to making a difference have shaped me both professionally and personally.
Thank you to everyone I have had the opportunity to work with, learn from, and grow alongside. The accomplishments matter, but it is the people, friendships, and lessons learned that I will carry forward.
While careers move us from one role to the next, it is the people we meet along the way who leave the lasting impact. Thank you for being part of my journey. Our paths may diverge for now, but I hope they will cross again.
As I turn the page and prepare for the next chapter, as a part of GSK, I will look forward to new challenges, new opportunities to learn, and the chance to continue working with outstanding colleagues in pursuit of better outcomes for patients.
Thank you all, it has been a remarkable journey, and I am sure the future will not be boring.”
