“My first post for 2026 (and yes, it’s nearly the end of January), after some quality time with my family and a chance to properly switch off.
I recently finished in my role as Executive Director, Research at the National Breast Cancer Foundation. It was a valuable chapter and a privilege leading the Pink Horizon Research Strategy with such a passionate and committed team, contributing to NBCF’s bold ambition of zero deaths from breast cancer. The Foundation continues to play a vital role in advancing breast cancer research and improving outcomes for women, men and families, and I’m proud to have been part of that work and look forward to supporting in other ways.
As with any leadership role, there comes a point where it’s clear the next phase calls for a different alignment. I step into 2026 energised by what’s ahead, new challenges, meaningful growth and the opportunity to continue delivering impact at scale.
I’m looking forward to continuing the relationships and collaborations established through this role, and to building new ones in the year ahead. More to share soon.
