“Dr. Dégi László Csaba, the immediate past-president of the European Cancer Organisation, has a new title: Chair of the European Cancer Community Foundation.
‘I’m honoured to take on this role. I’ve had the privilege of contributing to many of the Foundation’s achievements over the last two years, and I’m eager to work with the cancer community to launch new initiatives inspired by creative young professionals pushing cancer research forward.’
With its new Board composition, the Foundation enters 2026 with a clear ambition: finding new ways to save lives and improve the well-being of those touched by cancer – patients, survivors, caregivers and loved ones.
