“I am excited to share that I have accepted the role of Director of Medical Physics, Charlotte with Advocate Health. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our patients, teammates, physicians, and leaders in this expanded role.
Throughout my career, I have believed that leadership is fundamentally about serving others, developing people, removing barriers to success, and creating an environment where individuals and teams can do their best work. My philosophy has always been simple: when the team succeeds, we all succeed.
As I step into this position, I look forward to supporting our Medical Physics teams across the Charlotte region, strengthening collaboration across sites and disciplines, advancing quality and safety initiatives, developing future leaders, and helping drive operational excellence in support of exceptional patient care.
