“As we begin a new year, it’s my honor to share that I have been appointed as President of The Pfizer Foundation.
These are big shoes to fill, and I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible colleagues and partners over the last 15 years, seeing how collaboration and innovation can transform lives. While the global landscape continues to evolve rapidly, the need for innovative, sustainable solutions is ever present.
As we look ahead, The Pfizer Foundation is continuing to:
Address complex global health challenges, focusing our efforts on high-need areas and geographies where we can accelerate progress and collaborate with partners and governments to build more resilient health systems.
Intentionally support community-led innovation, including the use of AI and other technologies, to help ensure the tech revolution meet the needs of all people, including those living in low-resources settings.
Respond to natural disasters and resulting health crises, supporting global health organizations that help both prevent and mitigate health needs during emergencies.
Empower our colleagues to live out Pfizer’s values by dedicating their time and expertise to create lasting community impact.
As I step into this role, I’m deeply thankful to Caroline Roan for her invaluable leadership and guidance as past President of The Pfizer Foundation for nearly two decades.
