Daniel De Carvalho: I’m incredibly honoured to receive the Gairdner award

Daniel De Carvalho, Professor at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“I’m incredibly honoured—and honestly a bit overwhelmed—to receive this award.

This recognition means a lot, but it really belongs to the amazing people I’ve been lucky to work with: trainees at UHN/UofT who’ve pushed through countless experiments, our collaborators who’ve helped shape and strengthen the science, and the team at Adela who are working hard to bring some of these discoveries to patients.

Thank you Gairdner—and congrats to all the other laureates!”
