“We are thrilled that the ESMO announced that the 2024 TAT Honorary Award is bestowed to Dr. Funda Meric-Bernstam, Chair of the Department of Investigational Cancer Therapeutics — the Phase I Program, Medical Director of the Institute for Personalized Cancer Therapy (IPCT), and The Nellie B. Connally Chair in Breast Cancer at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Dr. Meric-Bernstam is a member of the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation’s Scientific and Medical Advisory Board and has made important contributions to the field of precision medicine. She brings so much hope to patients through forward-thinking, focused research.
She will deliver her award lecture, ‘Implementing precision oncology: From genomics to ADCs’. on Monday, 26 February, at the ESMO TAT Congress 2024 in Paris.”
