Justin Barnes: Helping patients with cancer complete radiotherapy and avoid delays
Justin Barnes shared a post on X:
“Thrilled to share a major residency goal (and labor of for 2 yrs) was reached today: trial opened
We’re helping patients with cancer complete radiotherapy and avoid delays via addressing unmet needs with additional assistance.
Shoutout to amazing mentors Joanna Yang and Fumiko Ladd Chino.
Lots of thanks are in order:
RSNA, CTMW (esp Ruth Carlos!) for the protocol development guidance.
ASCO, Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation for the support.
WashU Medicine Radiation Oncology (esp Cliff Robinson) for fostering an environment supporting Clinical Trials development in residency.”
