Each year, ARRO awards the Educator of the Year to a specific faculty member from each participating institution. The chief resident of each program nominates one faculty member, who is given a certificate from ARRO.

The award highlights faculty who show exceptional skill and impact in teaching medical students, residents, and colleagues in radiation oncology, with a focus on dedication, innovation, and teaching effectiveness.
