Lawrence Fong takes role as Scientific Director of Fred Hutch Integrated Research Centers

Lawrence Fong is a Bezos Distinguished Scholar at Fred Hutch Cancer Centre. Previously, he was a professor at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). He also served as the Co-Director of the PICI Center at UCSF. He earned his MD from Stanford University and his BA from Columbia University.
