“For the first time, a joint session with the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) at a ΕΟΠΕ – HeSMO Congress (31st ESKO).
So proud!
The first day of the 31st ESKO concluded with the 6th and final session of the innovative educational program Health After Cancer | Project ECHO, implemented by HeSMO in collaboration with ASCO and the University of New Mexico.
The discussion was co-moderated by Dr. Evangelia Razi, Medical Oncologist and Director of the 3rd Medical Oncology Department at Hygeia Hospital.
The clinical case was presented by Dr. Olga Sismanidou, Medical Oncologist at BioOncology Care, while the perspective of Primary Health Care was provided by Dr. Sofia Papadaki, Senior Research Associate at the School of Medicine, University of Crete, and Adjunct Professor at the Division of Cardiology, University of Ottawa.
We were especially honored by the participation of the distinguished Professor Lidia Schapira from Stanford University, who shared her international expertise and practical guidance on supporting cancer survivors.”
