Zahra Eslami-S Receives Young Investigator Award at ISMRC2025
Zahra Eslami-S, Senior Hospital Scientist at University Medical Center of Montpellier, posted on LinkedIn:
“I had the great time attending the ISMRC2025, where I was received the Young Investigator Award. This recognition means a lot, not just as a personal achievement, but as a reminder of the path we are all walking together in cancer research.
Over the meeting, I was once again reminded that behind every liquid biopsy project, there is a person, a patient, who is waiting for answers, for hope, and for better days.
This is why we do what we do. To diagnose earlier, to personalize treatments, to reduce suffering, and to decrease the financial and emotional cost of cancer care. Only someone who has experienced this pain, or seen a loved one endure it, truly understands the urgency and depth of our mission. To truly move forward, we need more than individual efforts, we need a Europe-wide movement, academic and industry.
To reach our goal, we have to launch large-scale, harmonized clinical trials across countries and institutions, using a comprehensive liquid biopsy approach that integrates multi-biomarker profiling and AI-powered insights. Let’s come together, across disciplines and borders, to turn scientific innovation into real-world impact, for every patient, everywhere!
Thank you to all the pioneers in the field for believing in young and passionate researchers, empowering them to build their future careers and help to find a way for better patients treatment!”
