Ulrika Årehed Kågström: Looking for Someone to Develop the Fundraising at Cancerfonden
Ulrika Årehed Kågström, President of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) and the Secretary-General of the Swedish Cancer Society/Cancerfonden, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Do you want to work with me and my management team at Cancerfonden? My current Head of Fundraising and Partnerships is moving on to a new, larger assignment within the organization, and we are now looking for someone who wants to develop our fundraising towards individuals, companies, and philanthropists.
Last year, we were able to distribute SEK 1 billion to cancer research, and the ambition is that we will be able to raise SEK 1.5 billion by 2030 to bring us closer to the vision of defeating cancer. Does that sound like an interesting challenge? Feel free to search or recommend!”
