In February, 28 undergraduates from 24 institutions across 18 states visited the UF Health Cancer Center
UF Health Cancer Center Cancer Training and Education Program shared on LinkedIn:
” ‘This program solidified my passion for cancer research and equipped me with valuable skills that I will carry forward in my career,’ said Leslie Acheampong, who participated in our Cancer Research Career Explorations Program this year.
In February, 28 undergraduate students from 24 universities and colleges in 18 states across the country had the opportunity to visit the UF Health Cancer Center.
Students learned about the latest cancer research underway at the center, as well as Ph.D. options at the University of Florida and cancer research careers.
