Fumiko Ladd Chino: Even with Superlative Healthcare You Can Still End Up with Stage 4 Cancer
Fumiko Ladd Chino, Radiation Oncologist at MD Anderson Cancer Center, shared a post on X:
“My husband was already metastatic when he was diagnosed with cancer. Cancer screening is amazing and necessary, but aggressive cancers can grow (and spread) fast. Even if you never ignore symptoms and get superlative healthcare you can still end up with Stage IV cancer. It is awful.”
