Focusing on Inspiring Action for ICCD2025 – SIOP
SIOP (International Society of Paediatric Oncology) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Every year, more than 400,000 children worldwide are diagnosed with cancer. But where a child lives too often determines their chance of survival. While 80% of children in high-income countries survive, the survival rate in low- and middle-income countries is only 30%. And this reality calls for global action.
For ICCD2025, we are focusing on Inspiring Action. We want to shine a light on real solutions – initiatives, projects, and activities that have tackled inequalities in communities worldwide.
What solutions have worked for your organization, your town, or your community?
Could these approaches help others facing similar challenges?
Share your learnings and learn by others.
Let’s build a global library of initiatives.
Let’s inspire and be inspired!”
