Sally Wolf: I’m in here, can anyone see me?

Sally Wolf, CEO and Founder of LightWorks, shared a post on LinkedIn:

But before I elaborate, let’s go back:

2004: Joined LI early on – member 327926
2022: Committed to building a community here
2023: Earned Top Voice after a year of steady posts

I still feel especially proud of that honor.

As someone who always loved to write, but felt limited by powerpoint bullets for two decades, LinkedIn became a place to use my words to inspire, impact and inform.

Many creators I’ve met here feel similarly.

And many of us are also now wondering:

Why are my posts barely being seen?

To be clear, most of us aren’t posting for likes. At the same time, we are writing from our hearts to yours. So we are hoping our words actually reach you.

For me, as a Stage IV cancer thriver, I write to:

inspire hope
empower resilience
build human connection

None of which can happen if my post aren’t seen.

So a humble ask now to help me change that.
