“There are many brilliant specialist melanoma clinicians and researchers in Australia. A few months ago, I had the opportunity to catch up with two wonderful teams in Melbourne at Peter MacCallum Cancer Clinic and the Alfred Hospital. There are many outstanding people at these institutions that I have had the pleasure of working with over many many years (some for more than two decades)!
I am very proud of the important worldwide contributions we have made for improving clinical care and outcomes of many patients through us working together. It was also a real treat for me to meet and hear the excellent presentations from some of the up and coming stars in the field! I know they will contribute further important impacts.”
