Retinoblastoma: Precision is Paramount – P-Cure

“Retinoblastoma, a rare eye cancer in children, often requires highly precise radiation treatment to preserve vision. One year ago, P-Cure successfully treated a four-year-old child with this condition.
For the first time, a child with ocular cancer was treated using a proton therapy system designed for patients of all ages, capable of targeting tumors regardless of their location, all while the patient remained seated.
This case highlights the critical importance of the precise execution of proton therapy in a comfortable, ergonomic position.
