Ray DuBois: The Hill Day team of Cancer Researchers Met With Congress to Maintain NCI Funding for Cancer Research
Bernard Fox, Co-Founder, President and CEO of UbiVac, shared a post on LinkedIn by Ray DuBois, Associate Provost for Cancer Programs and Executive Chair of the Mark Foundation for Cancer Research, adding:
“This is exactly what people dedicated to Cancer Research need to do. Let’s add our voices to the professionals at American Association for Cancer Research, American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC), The American Association of Immunologists – all of whom are working to raise awareness.
But this is not limited just to cancer research. Research efforts across the board need to be supported. The National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation (NSF), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention all need support.
