Evidence is evolving in favour of non-surgical treatment of MSI-H tumors. But do we have all the answers yet:

  • are there any indications for surgery in MSI-H CPM?
  • what drug (s) to be used
  • Immunotherapy for symptomatic patients ?
  • Response assessment- when, how?
  • Management of progression on immunotherapy.
