“Empowering Patients through Advocacy
Grateful to be a part of the Patient Advocacy Programme for Biliary Tract Cancers at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, where we had the opportunity to engage with patients and caregivers.
It was truly inspiring to interact with them on:
- Understanding treatment options and the importance of molecular testing
- How targeted therapies can transform outcomes in this rare cancer
- The vital role of a multidisciplinary approach in holistic care
- The significance of emotional support and mental wellbeing in the cancer journey
A heartfelt thanks to Sewanti Limaye, Saumil Vyas, and Priyanka Joshi from Jarurat Care Foundation for making this initiative possible.
