Nicholas DeVito: Gli2 promotes tumor immune evasion and immunotherapy resistance through Wnt and Prostaglandin signaling
Nicholas DeVito, Assistant Professor of Medicine at Duke University, Division of Medical Oncology, shared a paper he and his colleagues authored on LinkedIn:
“After 7 years of work our manuscript is published in Cancer Research
Here we describe how the hedgehog pathway transcription factor Gli2 promotes tumor immune evasion and immunotherapy resistance through Wnt and Prostaglandin signaling, which can be overcome with clinical pharmacologic inhibitors.
See the tutorial on BlueSky here.”
