Research Engineer in Molecular Biology and Spatial Transcriptomics (36-month contract – SCHEMA-PDAC project).

We’re hiring a research engineer to join our team in Marseille!
As part of an ambitious project funded by the Fondation ARC pour la recherche sur le cancer, we are looking for a molecular biology and transcriptomics research engineer to join our translational research team specializing in pancreatic cancer.
Your mission:
Contribute to a cutting-edge research program combining spatial transcriptomics, single-cell RNA sequencing, tumor organoids, and clonal tracing, with the goal of understanding how tumors resist treatment and identifying new therapeutic strategies.
Your skills:
  • Strong experience in molecular biology (RNA, qPCR, FACS…).
  • Interest in single-cell and spatial transcriptomic technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in cell culture and a collaborative mindset.
  • Rigor, organization, and strong motivation for patient-oriented research.
36-month fixed-term position (CDD) – starting as soon as possible in 2025.
