“New publication: Research shows that between 25% to 75% of patients with cancer experience malnutrition, and the consequences of untreated malnutrition are serious. A new comprehensive review, led by DCP’s Elaine Trujillo, finds six valid screening tools for malnutrition risk identification in outpatient oncology settings. These tools are recommended prior to treatment and regularly thereafter. Read the review, published in the Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.”
