“AYA Cancer: A 2-Day Congress
Join us for a unique event dedicated to adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with a cancer diagnosis.
This two-day congress, organised by AIOM (Italian Association of Medical Oncology) and AIEOP (Italian Association of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology), takes place on February 6 and 7.
In recent years, the international scientific community has increasingly acknowledged the unique challenges faced by AYA (Adolescents and Young Adults) patients in the transition between pediatric and adult oncology. Clearly, this group has distinct clinical and psychological needs.
The congress will focus on specific AYA cancer care and treatment through a mix of expert presentations and opportunities to hear from patients. As always, attendance, both in-person and online, is free and includes simultaneous translation into English.
