Maximilian Stahl returns to Yale to lead Leukemia Program – Yale Cancer Center
Yale Cancer Center shared a post on LinkedIn:
“For Maximilian Stahl, assistant professor of medical oncology (Medical Oncology and Hematology), Yale has always been more than an academic institution—it’s a place that shaped his vision as a doctor and researcher.
He first arrived at Yale School of Medicine as a medical resident, eventually serving as chief resident. Years later, he now returns with renewed purpose as Director of the Leukemia Program, ready to lead groundbreaking leukemia research and care at an institution he calls his ‘home away from home.’
In the halls of Smilow Cancer Hospital, his journey comes full circle. And for the many patients and families he will serve, his presence signals something greater: the hope that tomorrow’s discoveries will come just in time.”
