Saddened to learn of the unexpected passing of Prof. Petra Feyer – MASCC
The Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“We are shocked and saddened to learn of the unexpected passing of Prof. Petra Feyer at the beginning of January. Prof. Feyer was an outstanding personality who shaped the field of oncological supportive medicine in Germany and across international borders for more than 30 years.
In addition, she was a dedicated MASCC member who served in numerous leadership roles, including chairing our Annual Meetings in 2003 and 2013 in Berlin. She will be greatly missed.”
