If we want to talk about women’s health, we need to talk about lung cancer too – Lung Cancer Europe
Lung Cancer Europe shared a post on LinkedIn:
“This World Health Day focuses on healthy beginnings and hopeful futures – with a call to prioritise women’s health across the life course.
Despite being the biggest cancer killer of women in Europe, lung cancer isn’t often seen as a women’s health issue.
Rates of diagnosis are rising. And inequality-by-income, country, or access to care – can shape who lives and who doesn’t.
If we want to talk about women’s health, we need to talk about lung cancer, too. It’s time this was recognised and properly resourced.”
