In RADIOSA we explored if a mutational signature in cfDNA predicts outcomes:
– HR mutations (BRCA1/2, ATM, TP53, etc.) = ↓PFS
– 19 mo vs 35 mo without HRMLiquid biopsy may help identify pts needing > intense treatment.”
