14th Biennial Childhood Leukemia and Lymphoma Symposium 2025

The 14th Biennial Childhood Leukemia and Lymphoma Symposium (CLLS 2025) will take place 10-11 May 2025 in Budapest, Hungary.

The CLLS is an important opportunity for fellows, researchers, and junior faculty to highlight novel basic and clinical information on malignant hematological malignancies.

The unique “I-BFM and CLLS atmosphere”, which has been developed in the last 40 years on the idea of building networks across borders, by being inclusive and by promoting cooperative research projects, and through establishing new friendships, will be ever-present! We very much look forward to seeing you in Budapest 2025!

This symposium has become a cornerstone for advancing knowledge and collaboration in the field of malignant hematological disorders. It is a unique opportunity for fellows, researchers, and junior faculty to share groundbreaking basic and clinical findings on acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), and myeloid disorders.

This year, the 35th I-BFM Annual Meeting will follow the CLLS and be embedded within the SIOP Europe Annual Meeting, amplifying the voice of Paediatric Oncology in Europe.

About The I-BFM Study Group

14th Biennial Childhood Leukemia and Lymphoma Symposium 2025

The I-BFM Study Group was founded in 1987 as a collaborative effort among national leukemia research groups from Austria (BFM-A), Germany (BFM-G), France/Belgium (EORTC-CLG), Italy (AIEOP), and the Netherlands (DCLSG). Originally conceived as an informal gathering, the group aimed to compare treatment approaches for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and establish standardized protocols for diagnosis and therapy.

Over time, I-BFM has evolved into a leading international consortium dedicated to improving outcomes for children with cancer. Its core mission is to advance the understanding of childhood cancer biology and apply these discoveries to develop more effective, evidence-based treatments.
