Katie Coleman: Honored to Speak in Two Sessions at ASCO25
Katie Coleman, President of Chromophobe and Oncocytic Tumor Alliance (COA) and Founder of OncoLogic Solutions, posted on LinkedIn:
“Looking for deeper insights into the rising rates of early-onset cancers?
I’ll be speaking in two sessions at ASCO25 discussing these topics from the patient perspective alongside an amazing panel and lineup of speakers.
Beyond the Headlines – This panel is packed with experts that I feel truly honored to be sharing alongside. For my talk, I’ll be highlighting what those with early-onset cancers are voicing about their experiences and what they’re looking for from their team, oncologist, and the field.
Lots of insights, data, and suggestions from this incredible panel. Come join us for the discussion!
ASCO Voices – For my talk, “Too Young for Cancer”, I’ll be sharing a story based, personal perspective where I’ll share from my own experiences as a stage IV survivor, diagnosed at 29. I’ll touch on how this impacted my life and future to shed light on the unique experiences those diagnosed at a young age can experience.
I’ll also highlight my evolution from a sad story with a broken relationship with the medical system to the advocate I’ve become today. Sharing insights of ways you can empower similar experiences for others.”
