Ioanna Nixon։ Innovation and Collaboration at VBI Programme by Cancer Research Horizons
Ioanna Nixon, Cancer Innovation Lead of West of Scotland Innovation Hub, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A heartfelt thank you to Cancer Research Horizons and the VBI Programme The University of Edinburgh for an inspiring journey of innovation, community, and bold thinking.
As an oncologist, I’m deeply committed to transforming patient care. As a new entrepreneur, I’m learning how to build solutions that last. The VBI experience gave me both courage and clarity—reminding me that clinical expertise and creative enterprise can, and should, go hand in hand.
To my fellow VBI participants: thank you for the ideas, the energy, and the shared belief that we can do better—for our patients, our systems, and ourselves.
If you’re working at the intersection of healthcare, innovation, and purpose—I’d love to connect.”
