“My abstract is published at International Society of Paediatric Oncology – SIOP / SIOP Africa at OncoDaily Medical Journal.
It shows that comprehensive patient counseling significantly reduces adverse drug events, improves therapeutic outcomes, and decreases hospital readmissions related to medication errors.
The counseling process serves as an additional safety check in the medication use process, catching potential errors before they reach the patient.”
